摘  要:分析了常规锻造和特种锻造及后续热处理对TC11钛合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:终锻温度为950℃时,TC11钛合金经特种锻造得到网篮组织,其锻态及热处理后的性能均优于常规锻造的(等轴组织);终锻温度为950℃时,两种锻造方式得到的钛合金性能均优于980℃的(等轴组织);TC11钛合金经950℃特种锻造后再结合高温均匀化和双重退火处理,得到的片状编织组织可使材料获得良好的强韧性匹配。The effects of conventional forging, special forging and following heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of TC11 titanium alloy were analyzed. The results show boasketweave microstructure could be obtained after TCll titanium alloys were forged by special forging at 950 ℃, and the mechanical properties of as-forged and as-heat-treated titaniun alloy were better than conventional forging (equiaxed microstructure). For the two kinds forging, the mechanical properties of titanium alloy forged at 950 ℃ were better than that of at 980 ℃ (equiaxed microstructure);Knitting structure which was obtained by special forging at 950 ℃ combined with high temperature hormogenizing teratiment and double annealing treatment showed good combination of strength and plasticity.
