摘 要:采用Nd:YAG激光器对AZ31B镁合金薄板进行激光单面焊双面成型试验,分析研究了焊接接头的组织和性能,并对母材及焊接接头的拉伸断口形貌进行了分析。结果表明:激光焊接AZ31B镁合金焊缝的晶粒与母材相比显著细化,焊接接头抗拉强度降至母材的68.5%,屈服强度降至母材的83.68%,焊缝区硬度最大值较母材提高了约31%;母材拉伸断口为准解理为主的混合型,焊接接头断口具有明显的韧性断裂特征。AZ31B magnesium alloy thin sheets were welded by one side welding both sides formation technology using Nd.. YAG laser. The microstructure and properties of the joint were studied, and the tensile fracture morphology of the substrate and welded joint was analyzed. The results show that compared with the matrix, the grains of weld seam of the AZ31B magnesium alloy welded by laser welding were refined obviously; Compared with the substrate, the tensile strength of the joint reduced to 68. 5%, the yield strength reduced to 83. 68%, the maximum microhardness in weld seam zone increased about 31% comparing with the substrate. Both the tensile fracture of the substrate was mixed fracture which was mainly composed of quasi-cleavage fracture, and the weld joint had obvious ductile fracture characteristics.
