摘  要:采用溶剂热方法合成了介孔聚合吸附材料,利用氮气吸附仪对采用不同溶剂合成的吸附材料进行了表征,并通过CO2吸附评价实验研究了不同溶剂、不同共聚物以及不同工艺条件对吸附材料CO2吸附性能的影响。结果表明:采用乙酸乙酯为溶剂合成的聚合物比表面积最大且吸附性能最好;采用乙酸乙酯为溶剂添加咪唑为共聚物(摩尔分数33%)时,吸附性能最优;聚合物的吸附性能与CO2体积分数相关性最大,当CO2体积分数达60%时,聚合物材料的吸附量(质量比)可达0.227 g/g。The mesoporous polymerization adsorbent material was synthesized by solvent-heating method,and the adsorbent material synthesized in different solvents was characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms methods.The effects of different solvents,copolymers and operating conditions on the CO2 adsorption performance of adsorption materials were examined through the CO2 adsorption evaluation experiment.The results indicate that the adsorption performance of the polymer is the best and the surface area is the largest when ethyl acetate is used as solvent;when ethyl acetate is used as solvent and at the same time the mole fraction of imidazole is increased to 33%,the adsorption performance is the best;the volume fraction of CO2 is very important for polymer adsorption performance,when the volume fraction of CO2 is 60%,the adsorption performance(mass ratio) of polymer is to be 0.227 g/g.
