摘 要:目的:建立蜜炙桑白皮中总黄酮含量测定方法。方法:以芦丁为标准品,采用紫外分光光度法测定蜜炙桑白皮中总黄酮的含量。结果:芦丁在0.008 374~0.050 246mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,芦丁标准品溶液浓度C(mg/mL)与吸光度值(A)的方程为Y=11.76X-0.006 1(相关系数r=0.999),总黄酮平均回收率为99.2%,蜜炙桑白皮中总黄酮的含量为1.26%。结论:紫外分光光度法测定蜜炙桑白皮中总黄酮的含量简便、快速、准确、灵敏,可作为蜜炙桑白皮中总黄酮的含量测定方法。Objective:To establish the assay method of total flavonoids in Cortex Mori processed with Honey.Methods:Use Rutin as standard,assay total flavonoids in Cortex Mori processed with honey by UV spectrophotometry.Results:Rutin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.008 374~0.050 246mg/mL,the equation of concentration C(mg/mL)of Rutin standard solution and absorbance(A)is Y=11.76X-0.006 1(r=0.999),average recovery of total flavonoids is 99.2%,and the content of total flavonoids in Cortex Mori Processed with honey is 1.26%.Conclusion:UV spectrophotometry is simple,rapid,accurate and sensitive in assaying total flavonoids in Cortex Mori processed with honey,so this method can be used as the assay method of total flavonoids in Cortex Mori processed with honey.
