摘  要:目的:研究超声法提取土茯苓中落新妇苷及总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。方法:采用正交试验法研究落新妇苷和总黄酮的提取工艺,其中落新妇苷含量用HPLC法测定,总黄酮含量用紫外分光光度法测定。结果:土茯苓中落新妇苷最佳提取工艺为加入甲醇30mL,超声提取15min,超声3次。总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶50,加入50%乙醇,超声提取60min。结论:所建立的方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于土茯苓药材中落新妇苷及总黄酮的含量测定及其质量控制。Objective:To optimize and establish the extraction of total flavones and astilbin in Smilax Glabra Roxb.Methods:The orthogonal design was used in the research on the ultrasonic-assisted technique extraction technique,the content of total flavones and astilbin was determined by UV and HPLC methods.Results:The optimal extraction condition of astilbin was extracting with 30 mL methanol with 15min for 3 times,and the total flavones was extracting with 50 times volume of sample weight with 50% alcohol for 1h.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and applicable to the extraction process of total flavones and astilbin in Smilax Glabra Roxb.
