摘  要:目的探讨甲状腺手术时喉返神经损伤的预防和治疗的情况,为临床治疗提供依据。方法从成都市第六人民医院中随机选取2010年1月至2011年6月76例行甲状腺手术的患者,根据手术方式的不同将其分为两组,各38例,a组患者采用显露喉返神经的手术切除治疗,b组患者采用未显露喉返神经手术切除法治疗,对两组患者的喉返神经损伤情况进行观察,总结手术过程中有效的预防措施。结果通过对比试验发现,显露喉返神经组与未显露喉返神经组的损伤情况差异明显(P<0.05),后者有3例喉返神经发生损伤,占7.89%,前者无发生损伤情况,两组术后没有发生其他并发症。结论通过试验比较分析说明预防是避免喉返神经损伤的最佳途径,甲状腺手术时显露喉返神经治疗效果是明显的,大大降低了喉返神经损伤率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study recurrent the situation of prevention and treatment on laryngeal nerve damage by the thyroid surgery,which provide a basis for clinical treatment.Methods Selecting at random 76 routine thyroid surgery patients from our college from January 2010 to June 2011.They will be divided into two groups,according to the different methods of operation.Each is 38 cases,group with recurrent laryngeal nerve revealed the surgical treatment,group b with not expose the recurrent laryngeal nerve surgery to remove method of treatment.Observing the two the recurrent laryngeal nerve injury of two groups and summering the effective prevention measures.Results The contrast experiment revealed that recurrent laryngeal nerve group and not expose laryngeal recurrent god group damage have significant difference(P0.05),and the latter has a 3 cases of recurrent laryngeal nerve injuries,accounting for 7.89%,the former happen without damage,two groups of postoperative didn't happen other complications.Conclusion Through the trial comparing analysis,how to prevent recurrent laryngeal nerve damage is to avoid the best way.The effect of recurrent laryngeal nerve exposed with thyroid surgery is obvious,and greatly reduces the recurrent laryngeal nerve damage rate.It deserves clinical application.
