早期半卧位预防腹部术后腰肌酸痛的观察和护理

摘　　要：目的观察早期半卧位在预防腹部手术后由于被动体位引起的腰肌酸痛的效果。方法 100例患者随机分成两组,试验组患者全身麻醉,腹部手术后采用早期半卧位或斜坡位(带气道插管者除外)。对照组患者按传统方法采用去枕平卧位。术后48h内进行观察比较。结果试验组术后发生腰酸者2例,程度轻,于手术当日发生,次晨消失。对照组术后发生腰酸者12例,程度重,有2例腰酸痛难忍。结论术后早期半卧位能有效预防体位不适而引起的腰肌酸痛。Objective The goal observation early time half decubitus after preventing the abdominal section,because the passive body posture causes the back muscle is sore effect.Methods 100 example patients divide into two groups stochastically,the experimental group patient general anesthesia,after the abdominal section,uses the early half decubitus or the pitch position（belt gas channel intubation exception）.The control group patients use the pillow even decubitus according to the conventional routes.In technique latter 48h carries on the observation comparison.Results Experiment group technique has the backache 2 examples,the degree is light,occurs the same day in the surgery,inferior early morning vanishing.After control group technique,has the backache 12 examples,the degree is heavy,some 2 example waist is sore hard to endure.Conclusions The early half decubitus can prevent the back muscle which the body posture ill causes to be sore effectively.
