健康教育在门诊老年高血压患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育在门诊老年高血压患者中的应用效果。方法选取2010年4月至2011年4月,我院门诊收治的200例老年高血压患者,作为研究对象。将所有患者按照随机分组的原则分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者采用常规门诊药物及护理方法进行治疗,观察组患者对照组患者在治疗的基础上再予以系统的健康宣教。比较两组患者治疗3个月后的服药依从性、并发症发生率、血压控制情况。综合评价健康宣教在门诊老年高血压患者治疗中的作用。结果研究结果显示,两组患者治疗过程中的服药依从性、并发症发生率及治疗后的血压控制情况,观察组较对照组患者具有明显优势,P值均<0.05,均具有统计学意义。结论在进行常规门诊药物治疗的基础上,再对患者予以健康教育,可以使患者充分认识到日常生活习惯及严格按照医嘱服药的重要性,增强患者服药的依从性,从而提高患者血压控制效果,减少并发症的发生。Objective To evaluate the effect of health education in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 200 cases of elderly patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from April 2010 to April 2011 were chosen as the research object.All patients were divided into the control group and the observation group in accordance with the principle of random principle.The control group were treated with conventional drugs and outpatient care and methods for treatment.The patients in the observation group were given health system to be missionaries on the basis of the control group.The medication compliance,complication rate and the controlled blood pressure situation after treatment for three months were compared.Evaluate comprehensively the effect of health education in elderly patients with hypertension.Results The results showed that two groups of patients during the treatment,the medication compliance,complication rate and the controlled blood pressure situation in the control group had obvious advantages,P0.05.There were statistically signifi cant.Conclusion On the basement of routine outpatient drug treatment,giving health education can help patients fully understand the daily living habits and the importance of in accordance with prescribed medicine strictly,to enhance patient medication compliance,thereby enhance the effect of blood pressure control and reduce the incidence of complications.
