摘  要:目的了解健康教育对慢性肾脏病患者饮食知识掌握程度的影响,探讨可能有效的饮食健康教育方式。方法采用自行设计的肾病饮食知识调查表,对75例慢性肾脏病患者进行抽样调查,分析其饮食知识掌握程度与接受健康教育之间的关系。结果慢性肾脏病患者回答饮食知识调查表中问题的正确率普遍较低;接受过健康教育者在6道题目的正确率较未接受过健康教育者明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾脏病患者对肾脏病饮食知识的掌握程度普遍较低,而接受过健康教育者相对有所改善,提示现行的健康教育方式具有一定成效,但仍需要完善并广泛推行。Objective To investigate the influence of health education on command of dietary knowledge by patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD) so as to explore more effective dietary education modality. Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey on dilatory knowledge of kidney disease was conducted among 75 CKD patients sampled,and the relationship between command of dietary knowledge and health education. Results The patients' accuracy rate of dietary knowledge according to the questionnaire was generally lower,the accuracy rates of six questions for patients who received health education were higher than those for patients who did not received health education(P0.05). Conclusion Dietary knowledge level is generally lower in CKD patients and it is could be improved by dietary education in some degree,which indicates that the dietary education nowadays is efficacious,however it still needs to be improved and further spread.
