加减羌活胜风汤治疗糖尿病性眼肌麻痹临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨加减羌活胜风汤治疗糖尿病性眼肌麻痹的疗效。方法按照就诊顺序奇偶数将56例患者分为治疗组28例和对照组28例,对照组给予西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上配合羌活胜风汤加减治疗。结果两组患者疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的疗程比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西药治疗基础上配合加减羌活胜风汤治疗可以明显缩短糖尿病性眼肌麻痹患者的恢复时间,提高治愈率。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Qianghuoshengfeng Decoction in treating diabetic ophthalmoplegia. Methods Totally 56 patients with diabetic ophthalmoplegia were divided into the treatment group（n=28） and the control group（n=28） according to the visiting order.Both were treated with conventional western medicine therapy with the treatment group received additional adjusted Qianghuoshengfeng Decoction. Results Both efficacy（P0.05） and recovery time（P0.05） were significantly different between the two groups. Conclusion Additional Qianghuoshengfeng Decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy can reduce recovery time of diabetic ophthalmoplegia and improve the healing rate.
