糖尿病规范化治疗技术与基层常用技术的成本效果对比分析

摘　　要：目的将糖尿病规范化治疗技术与基层常用糖尿病治疗方案进行比较,计算糖尿病规范化治疗技术推广后的社会效益。方法以山东省宁阳县中医院为实施现场,将180例糖尿病患者按就诊时间顺序分配到适宜技术组(糖尿病规范化治疗技术)与常规技术组(基层最常用的糖尿病治疗方案),比较糖尿病规范化治疗技术与基层常用糖尿病治疗技术的效果与费用情况。结果 "糖尿病规范化治疗技术"在空腹血糖、非空腹血糖、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、患者自我健康状况评分等指标的改善情况优于基层常用的糖尿病治疗方法,每个疗程(90 d)的药费比基层常用的糖尿病治疗方法低442.07元。结论 "糖尿病规范化治疗技术"取得了较好的疗效,降低了患者的疾病经济负担,宜创造条件促进该项适宜技术的进一步推广。Objective To calculate the social benefit from the promotion of the standardized technology in treating diabetes which is compared with the commonly used technology in basic health organizations. Methods A total of 180 diabetic patients from Ningyang hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly assigned to the appropriate technology group and the conventional technology group,with the medical cost and effect compared by the two groups. Results The medical results of ＂the standardized technology of diabetes＂ were better than the commonly used techniques employed in basic health organizations in the improving of plasma glucose,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,patients＇ health status score and so on.But average medical cost per course（90 days） of ＂the standardized technology of diabetes＂ was 442.07 yuan lower than the techniques commonly employed in basic health organizations. Conclusion The standardized treatment technology grants more satisfiable curative effects and nonetheless lays lighter economic burden on the patients.Measures should be taken to promote further popularization of this appropriate technology.
