摘　　要：目的探讨银屑病患者的心理社会特点。方法采用生活事件量表、医学应对方式问卷、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对60例银屑病患者(病例组)和60例健康者(对照组)进行问卷调查评定。结果病例组SAS、SDS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);其中病程在1～5年的患者SAS、SDS评分明显高于病程>5年的患者;病例组的负性生活事件、总生活事件评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);病例组的积极应对方式评分、社会支持评分均低于对照组(P<0.01);消极应对评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论银屑病患者存在明显的负性情绪,如抑郁、焦虑,特别是病程较短的患者较明显;银屑病患者在面对应激时多采取消极应对方式,在慢性病程中获得的社会支持较少;银屑病患者发病与复发前遭遇了较多影响精神的生活事件,主要是负性生活事件。Objective To investigate the psychosocial characteristics of patients with psoriasis.Methods A survey using life event scale,medical coping style questionnaire,self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）,and self-rating depression scale（SDS） was carried out in 60 psoriasis patients and 60 healthy controls.Results SAS,SDS scores were significantly higher in the case group than in the control group（P0.01） and higher in patients with disease courses of 1~5 years than in patients with disease courses over 5 years.Negative life events and total life events scores were higher in psoriasis patients than in healthy controls（P0.05）;active coping style and social support scores in psoriasis patients were significantly lower than in the control group（P0.05）;negative coping scores in psoriasis patients were significantly higher than in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Patients with psoriasis tend to suffer negative emotions,such as depression and anxiety,especially in patients with shorter courses of disease;psoriasis patients tend to take passive coping styles and they acquire limited social support in the chronic disease process;the incidence of life events,mainly negative life events,is high before the onset and recurrence of psoriasis.
