摘　　要：该文分析了施工企业预算和管理工程价格中的问题,提出了加强工程价格管理的措施,这有助于提高工程价格管理水平和施工企业经济效益。This thesis analyzes the existing problems in the construction enterprise＇s budget and project cost management, and it finds that to strengthen the measure of project cost management, which can improve the management and promote the economic benefits.
