摘  要:研究了HDDR制备各向同性磁粉中歧化反应、脱氢再化合反应温度和时间对磁粉性能的影响规律;应用X射线衍射分析(XRD)和差热分析仪(DTA)研究反应温度和晶粒大小在不同氢压下脱氢的变化规律。结果表明:工艺分别在歧化温度为820℃、歧化时间为1.5 h,脱氢再化合温度为820℃、脱氢再化合时间为1 h时,得到最佳性能;应用DTA模拟HDDR过程研究不同脱氢氢压对材料的影响,发现随着脱氢氢压的升高,反应变缓,XRD显示合金α-Fe峰增强,利用谢乐公式计算晶粒发现随脱氢氢压的升高晶粒变小。The effects of temperature and time of disproportionated reaction and dehydrogenation on the magnetic properties during the preparation of isotropic HDDR magnetic powder were studied.The changes of reaction temperature and grain size with different hydrogen pressure of dehydrogenation were researched by X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD) and differential thermal analysis(DTA).The results showed that the best performance could be acquired with the disproportionation temperature of 820 ℃ for 1.5 h,the recombination temperature of 820 ℃ for 1 h.The influence of different hydrogen pressure of dehydrogenation was studied by DTA simulating HDDR.With the hydrogen pressure of dehydrogenation increasing,the rate of reaction slowed,peak of α-Fe of alloy was enhanced by XRD,grain size calculated by Scherrer formula found that with the hydrogen pressure of dehydrogenation increasing,the size became smaller.
