专科医院开展日间化疗病房的实践与思考

摘　　要：为有效解决肿瘤化疗患者住院治疗难、治疗费用高的矛盾,尝试利用医院急诊部的资源,以急诊科的医护人员、设备为基础,配备专职医护人员,由肿瘤科进行业务上的指导,成立一定床位的日间化疗病房,探索一套适合肺部肿瘤专科医院特点的日间化疗诊疗模式。在此基础上,逐步拓展到其他各项肿瘤相关的短期治疗项目,方便患者治疗,有效解决肿瘤化疗患者住院治疗难、治疗费用贵的难题。We have opened a Day Care Chemotherapy Unit for lung cancer patients since October 2008.The unit was set in the Department of Emergency and was managed by cancer specialists and chemotherapy nurses,so far 3 793 patients had used the facility with an average length of stay of 1.1 d and an average cost of RMB 3 200 Yuan.Beside of chemotherapy other short-term therapeutic services were also provided to the patients.Our experiences showed that the Day Care Chemotherapy Unit is convenient to the patients and has the advantage of shortening the hospital stay and reducing the medical costs.
