摘 要:采用"中断法"确定了Hi-B取向硅钢二次再结晶动力学,即二次再结晶的开始温度和温度区间,对比分析了Hi-B取向硅钢与CGO取向硅钢二次再结晶动力学的差异及原因;考察了不同换气温度对二次再结晶晶粒尺寸和磁性能的影响。结果表明,在氮氢混合气氛下,Hi-B硅钢二次再结晶过程比CGO硅钢滞后,发生在1040℃至1120℃之间,其动力学曲线近似为S型;二次再结晶退火时,随着换气温度的升高,最终晶粒尺寸增大,磁感和铁损增加。Kinetics of secondary recrystallization of Hi-B grain-oriented silicon steels including the onset temperature and the temperature range of secondary recrystallization was determined by interrupted secondary recrystallization annealing.In addition,the kinetics of secondary recrystallization of Hi-B silicon steel was compared with that of conventional grain-oriented(CGO) steels in the literature and the reasons of the differences were analyzed.Finally,the effect of changing protection atmosphere at different temperatures on the secondary recrystallization grain sizes of the steels and their corresponding magnetic properties were investigated.The results show that in a N2-H2 mixture atmosphere,compared with CGO silicon steel the secondary recrystallization of Hi-B silicon steel is postponed to occur between 1040 ℃ to 1120 ℃ and shows nearly an S-shaped kinetic curve.During secondary recrystallization annealing,a higher changing-atmosphere temperature will increase the secondary recrystallization grain size,magnetic induction and core loss.
