摘　　要：考虑到经济性、舒适性、安全性等方面的影响因素,利用层次分析法,建立了学生宿舍设计方案的评价模型.以宿舍设计方案综合评价为目标层,经济性、适用性和安全性作为准则层,建设成本、运行成本、防盗等九个因素作为子准则层,最后以四个宿舍设计方案作为方案层.利用调查统计数据,经过计算和比较,得出成对比较矩阵.根据各个权向量,得到组合权向量.进而对四个设计方案进行排序.Considering economy, comfort, safety, and other aspects of the influence factors, using AHP ,we established the evaluation model for student dormitory design. The target level with design scheme for the comprehensive evaluation , the criterion level with economics, applicability and safety criterion layer to construction as a cost, operation cost, security and so on nine factors, four dormitory design scheme as design lelel. Use of survey data, through calculation and comparison, the pair - wise comparison matrix. According to each weight vector, to get the right combination of vector. And then the total sorting are given, and evaluation results were obtained.
