摘 要:在当代发达资本主义国家的劳资关系中,瑞典劳资关系属于共享程度最高、最为稳定的类型。瑞典的劳资共享模式是通过企业层面的集体谈判和社会层面的公共政策合力实现的。本文认为瑞典共享型劳资关系虽然面临挑战,但这一模式对促进其经济、社会的发展,形成了一定的制度优势。瑞典劳资关系中利益共享的具体内容可能会随着国内外经济形势的变化有所调整,但这并不意味着是对瑞典模式的否定,劳资双方利益共享的内容总体上呈现出螺旋式上升的趋势。Of the labor relations in contemporary developed capitalist countries, the Swedish model is the most stable and enjoys the highest level of mutual interests. The Swedish model is realized through the combined efforts of group negotiation at the enterprise level and public policies at the social level. The paper maintains that while the Swedish model faces challenges, it has developed certain institutional advantages of promoting economic and social development. Although the specific contents of the mutual interests to be shared by the employers and labors may be adjusted along with the changes in domestic and world economy, they show a generally spiraling trend. Therefore, the Swedish model of labor relations cannot be denied.
