摘　　要：以东日本地震及海啸事件为例,对突发自然灾害事件中网络舆论传导特征及其合理表达进行了探讨,并总结了网络舆论表达与引导途径。包括及时发布事件一手资讯,表达相关部门权威声音;加强对民生与社会责任的担当;重视对突发自然灾难事件中人道主义关爱与团结聚焦;利用网络舆论焦点时机,加强有关基础科学知识普及;重视灾害事件中心理抚慰和援助引导。Taking the earthquake tsunami in eastern Japan for example, the essay explores the features in the dissemination and the reasonable expression of public opinions on internet concerning abrupt natural disasters and summarizes the pathways of internet public opinion expression and guidance. On that basis, major points are given to include immediate publication of the information and the views of the authority concerned, enhancement of the responsibilities for people＇s livelihood and society, emphasis on humanist caring and solidarity, popularization of relevant scientific knowledge by exploiting the internet opinion expression, and reinforcement of psychological earing and the guidance for assistance in disasters.
