摘　　要：科学技术与社会相互作用,已经成为现代社会人类把握世界的一种基本方式,这种把握世界的基本方式对科学技术采取理性、审度、宽容的立场和态度。为推进科技与社会相互作用,促进科学文化与人文文化两种文化相互融合,进而破解"斯诺命题",实现科技、人口、经济、环境、资源和社会可持续发展,需要制定和选择合理的公共政策为其提供内在动力和调整机制。The interaction of science and technology and society has already become a basic mode for modern human being to grasp the world.This basic mode has a rational and tolerant standpoint to examine science and technology.In order to advancement science and technology and social interaction,promote science culture and humanity culture to fuse mutually,explain ＂Snow＇s proposition＂,and to realize sustainable development in technology,population,economy,environment,resources and society,it needs to formulate and choose reasonable public policy to provide the intrinsic power and the adjustment mechanism.
