摘　　要：集群式供应链理论源于价值链的提出,文章通过分析集群式供应链的价值驱动,提出了基于价值分析的集群式供应链优化模型。利用物流价值活动的量化模型确定该项物流活动的价值水平,基于此建立最优成本投入下的模糊线性规划,通过求解物流活动中各个环节的最优成本投入,实现全局角度的物流价值链优化。The concept of cluster supply chain is from the theory of value chain. The paper proposes the optimization model of cluster supply chain based on the value analysis by analyzing the value drive of cluster supply chain. In the model, the value level of logistics activities are determined by value analysis, and then the fuzzy linear programming model is established under the optimal cost input. Through the best input of logistics activity, the enterprises in cluster supply chain can optimize their logistics chains, so as to realize the all value chain optimization.
