摘　　要：在图书馆事业发展中,图书馆管理者起着至关重要的作用,在很大程度上决定着图书馆的发展好坏,决定着图书馆办馆效益的发挥。因此,我国公共图书馆可以借鉴美国公共图书馆管理者认证项目对管理者知识结构、职业素养和业务技能提出的要求,对图书馆管理者进行培训,从而提高管理者的专业素质,使其获得更多的就业机会。The library manager plays an important role in the library development, and decides the future and efficiency of the library to the great extent. Therefore, we should learn from the Manager Accreditation Program of American Public Library, make clear knowledge structure, professional quality and business skill of library managers, in order to improve the professional quality of library mangers and make them obtain better professional opportunities.
