基于GEM模型的重庆市休闲体育产业集群竞争力研究

摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法制定了重庆市休闲体育产业集群竞争力指标调查问卷,利用层次分析法测算出了各个指标所占的权重,并利用GEM模型对基础、企业、市场三个因素对进行了计算,给出了重庆市休闲体育产业集群竞争力的得分。研究表明,重庆市休闲体育产业集群竞争力处于全国中上水平,但应加强人才培养,加速品牌产品的开发,提高服务质量,促进体育协会、社区、企业和政府共同配合,才能提高集群竞争力。Work out the questionnaire of Chongqing leisure sports industry cluster competitiveness index by using the Literature material method ＆ questionnaire method, calculate out the weight of each index by AHP （Analytic Hierarchy Process）, calculate the indexes include foundation, enterprise and market on GEM model, and then obtained the scores of Chongqing leisure sports industry cluster competitiveness index. The result shows that： Chongqing leisure sports industry cluster competitiveness index is higher than the average of the whole country. However, personnel training should be strengthened, the branded product should be developed, improve service quality, promote the cooperation of sports association, community, enterprise and government in order to improve cluster competitiveness.
