摘　　要：从我国新闻出版业的产能比较中,分析传统出版业书报刊的出版发展状况,再从书报刊体制改革的进程比较中,分析得出期刊出版体制改革落后于图书与报纸。在探其原因的同时,结合我国期刊出版现状,提出扩大总量,科学调整结构;鼓励"抱团",品牌期刊"选择兼并"、同类期刊"引导组合"、部门期刊"跨行牵手";加快期刊的数字化出版进程,创建新媒体等几项具体的新措施。With a profound comparison of news publishing industries in China,this paper makes a thor- ough analysis of development status and the process of structural reform in traditional publishing industries including books, newspapers and periodicals, and then finds out the backward in periodicals..9 By researched into the reason for the backwardness, and combined with current situation of periodicals publication, several new concrete measures are presented, which is to enlarge the amount of periodicals and regulate their structure scientifically, to encourage them to amalgamate into enterprise group, select and merge the brand magazines, guide and combine the similar magazines, integrate professional magazines, to accel- erate the step of digitization publication and initiate new media.
