摘　　要：本文运用企业资源理论和交易费用理论,从企业资源整合及交易特征属性的角度,分析和论证了在资源与成本约束下,共同物流是物流交易中最有效的物流组织安排,提出物流联盟和物流虚拟企业这两种具有互补关系的共同物流运行模式。Based on enterprise resource theory and transaction cost theory, the paper demonstrates, in the perspective of enterprise resources integration and transaction property, that Joint Logistics is the most efficient organization form in the field of logistics transaction under the resource and cost constraints. Two joint logistics operation modes with complementary relationship, Logistics Alliance and Virtual Logistics Enterprise, are put forward for discussion.
