摘 要:多产品联产和多能源互补,已成为能源动力系统可持续发展的主要趋势与特征。文章基于联产概念和双气头互补思路,提出PSA法预分离氢气与利用合成煤气高温显热作为重整热的低能耗焦炉煤气重整、和双气头混合手段实现低能耗调整CO/H_2组分的机制与方法,并采取甲烷适度重整和甲醇合成适度循环的优化整合原则,构建了一类串并联综合型双气头整合的甲醇电力联产系统。研究表明,新型联产系统具有优良性能特性,相对节能率高达15%。借助(?)分析揭示了双气头联产系统节能本质,焦炉煤气重整单元拥损失减少和取消合成煤气变换单元是系统节能的关键所在。研究成果为煤和焦炉煤气综合高效利用提供了新途径和方案。Coproduction and multi-energy complementation have been as the main direction and character of energy system sustainable development. Based on polygeneration and dual-gas complementation, a new system is proposed, in which, hydrogen is pre-separated from coke oven gas by PSA, the high temperature coal gas supplies reforming thermal energy of the coke oven gas, and CO/H2 is adjusted with lower energy consumption by mixing coke oven gas after PSA with coal syngas. The system achieves better thermodynamic performance, which primary energy saving ratio can reach about 15%. By exergy analysis, the essence of energy saving was disclosed, which the decrement of exergy destruction of ,coke oven gas reform and deleting the shift process of coal syngas are the critical points for the system energy saving. The study results supplied the new method for efficient utilization of coke oven and coal gas.
