摘 要:本文是在喷雾条件下,通过红外热成像可视化技术,对矩形毛细微槽群表面以及光滑表面热沉的换热过程进行可视化研究。与传统的接触式测温手段相比,红外热成像技术能直观地反映整个局部范围内的温度分布,对进一步研究各种参数对喷雾冷却换热的影响提供了更好的实验基础。结果表明,随热流密度的增加,发现最先开始出现干涸现象是在热沉表面中心,即喷嘴正下方;在毛细微槽群热沉表面上当出现相变过度时,随着矩形微槽内气泡数量的增加,加热表面的液体温度有所下降;表面中心出现干涸初期,干涸区域的温度剧降,但干涸区域加大时其表面温度上升,换热特性进入临界点。Visualization of heat transfer in the rectangular capillary microgrooves surface and the smooth heated surface under spray cooling condition was performed using infrared imaging technol- ogy. Compared with the traditional contact temperature measurement techniques, infrared imaging technology is capable of directly reflecting temperature distribution in the whole heated-surface, thus laying experimental foundation for studying the effect of all parameters on the heat transfer of spray cooling. It was found that the dry-out showed up in the middle of the heated surface initiates as the heat flux increased. Meanwhile, when excessive phase change occurs in the heated surface of the capillary microgrooves, the fluid temperature of the heated surface decreases as the number of bubbles in the rectangular microgrooves increases. In addition, in the early dry-out period of the middle heated surface, the temperature in the drying area got lower rapidly, but got higher as the dry-out area enlarged, and then the heat transfer came to be critical heat flux.
