摘  要:混凝土的材料组成、养护条件以及工作环境等因素对其耐久性有显著影响。为研究这些因素对混凝土抗氯盐侵蚀性能的影响程度,基于混凝土氯盐侵蚀检测数据库,对表观氯离子扩散系数进行时变性分析;引入多重环境时间相似理论,采用回归、拟合等方法获得暴露环境影响系数ke、粉煤灰用量影响系数kFA、矿渣用量影响系数kSL、水胶比影响系数kW/B及养护影响参数kc的拟合式。研究结果表明:水下区对表观氯离子扩散系数有明显的放大效应,浪溅区对表观氯离子扩散系数有缩小作用;水胶比为0.25时混凝土中电迁移系数DRCM约为水胶比为0.35时的70%;粉煤灰用量占胶凝材料总量的25%时DRCM可比普通混凝土中降低约40%,矿渣用量为40%时电迁移系数降幅约25%;不养护条件下表观氯离子扩散系数约为充分养护条件下的2倍。利用上述影响系数,建立了表观氯离子扩散系数和电迁移系数之间的转换关系。There's solid relationship between concrete durability performance and the influences from material components,environment and curing conditions.A chloride erosion detecting database was established.Based on the investigated data,time dependence of chloride diffusion coefficients was analyzed.By introducing the multi-environmental time similarity theory,the environmental effect coefficient ke and its expression were obtained through data fitting and regression methods.The fly ash coefficient kFA,slag coefficient kSL,W/B coefficient kW/B and the curing coefficient kc were obtained by using the same methods.Those coefficients suggest that: immersion zone enlarges chloride coefficient while splash zone weakens it;chloride migration coefficient DRCM in the concrete with W/B at 0.25 is about 70% of W/B at 0.35;DRCM in concrete with fly ash at dosage of 25% binder mass is 40% lower than in OPC concrete;it is 25% lower in the concrete with slag at dosage of 40% binder mass than in OPC concrete;chloride diffusion coefficient in concrete without curing is about 2 times larger than that cured sufficiently.The relationship between those two different indices Da and DRCM is finally determined.
