摘 要:为研究合肥新桥国际机场航站楼屋盖大跨度刚架转换节点的受力性能,对2个转换节点模型进行了静力加载试验研究。试验测定了转换节点模型的荷载-位移曲线、面外位移,以及各关键位置的应变,得到了转换节点的破坏模式,并建立了有限元模型,将试验结果与有限元计算结果进行了对比和分析。研究结果表明:在设计荷载作用下试件处于弹性状态,证明了设计的合理性和安全性;在极限荷载作用下,试件ZHJD-1为焊缝断裂的脆性破坏,试件ZHJD-2为钢管的压屈破坏;试验结果与有限元结果吻合较好,初始缺陷对转换节点的受力性能影响不敏感。In order to investigate the bearing behavior of the truss-to-box girder connections of the Hefei Xinqiao International Airport Terminal,two model experiments were carried out under static loading.The load-displacement curve and out-of-plane displacement were measured,as well as the strain at the concerned positions.The failure modes of the truss-to-box girder connections were obtained.Finite element analysis models were established.The bearing behavior of the connections was simulated and the results of experiments and FEA models were compared.The results show that the specimens are elastic state under the design load,and prove the design is reasonable and safe.The scaled model ZHJD-1 is in a brittle failure state with weld fracture,and the full scale model ZHJD-2 is with a compression buckling damage in the tube.The experiment results and FEA results agree well.The effects of different initial defects applied on the models are analyzed.The truss-to-box girder connection models are not sensitive to the initial defects.
