摘 要:采用落锤冲击试验机进行了4个热轧H型钢梁动态抗冲击力学性能试验,通过改变落锤冲击速度和落锤冲击能量以研究双跨约束钢梁的动态抗冲击力学性能。试验测试了冲击力、位移时程曲线及型钢表面应变时程曲线,研究约束钢梁在冲击荷载作用下悬链线效应的形成机理和影响规律。试验结果表明:在试验参数范围内,钢梁最大冲击力和冲击力时程曲线变化趋势与冲击能量无明显关系,冲击作用时间和残余变形随冲击能量的增大而增大。在冲击荷载作用下,钢梁跨中受冲击区域均发生了不同程度的局部变形,主要表现为翼缘翘曲和腹板剪切变形,钢梁转角在0.046 4~0.098 4 rad范围内,基本保持了截面的完整性,表明热轧H型钢梁在冲击荷载作用下具有良好的抗冲击性能和延性性能。Four hot-rolled H-shaped steel beams were tested to experimentally study the dynamic behavior and catenary action mechanism of the double span steel beams.The steel beams were horizontally axially-restrained and tested under different drop weight impact loading at the mid-span.The impact load versus time history relations and the mid-span displacement versus time history relations and also the strain versus time history relations were measured during the test.The test results show that within the parameters of the test,there is no significant difference not only between the maximum impact loads of restrained steel beams under different impact energies,but also between the shapes of the impact load versus time history relations.However,the impact loading time and the displacement of the steel beams obviously tend to increase with the increase of impact energy.Additionally,the mid-span applied impact loadings result in remarkable local deformation,i.e.the buckling deformation of flange plates while shear deformation of web plates.The rotations of steel beams are between 0.046 4~0.098 4 rad and the cross sections can maintain integrity.
