摘　　要：目的:建立毛冬青药材中tortoside A的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法:采用Kromasil-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.1%H3PO4水溶液(17∶83)为流动相;柱温30℃;流速1 mL.min-1;检测波长210 nm;进样量10μL。结果:Tortoside A的分离度良好,线性范围为26.05～521.00μg(r=0.999 9,n=6),平均回收率为98.42%。结论:该方法准确性高,重复性好,可作为毛冬青药材中tortoside A的质量控制方法。Objective： To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of tortoside A in Ilex pubences.Method： Kromasil-C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） column was used in HPLC with mobile phase acetonitrite-0.1% H3PO4（17∶83）,the column temperature was 30 ℃,the flow rate was 1 mL·min^-1,the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm,and inject volume was 10 μL.Result：Tortoside A was well separated under the established conditions,the liner range of tortoside A was 26.05-521.00 μg（r=0.999 9,n=6）,and the average recovery was 98.42%.Conclusion： It was the first time to establish the RP-HPLC method with accuracy,good reproducibility for determining the content of tortoside A in I.Pubescentis.
