PCL重建术后本体感觉早期恢复情况的临床对比研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨并比较膝关节镜下自体半腱肌和股薄肌腱单束与双束重建PCL后本体感觉的早期恢复情况.方法 选取2008年9月～2010年5月潍坊医学院附属医院骨科PCL断裂后应用自体半腱肌和股薄肌腱单双束重建患膝共18例,其中单束重建组10例,双束组8例,正常膝关节对照组15例,单束重建组和双束重建组于术后6个月时和正常膝关节对照组同时完成膝关节被动位置重现偏差值检查和单足跳测试以评价膝关节本体感觉功能,同时对其Lysholm评分进行观察,将结果进行分析比较.结果 重建PCL两种术式之间患膝的被动位置重现偏差值、单足跳成绩及Lysholm评分,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两种术式重建PCL患膝的被动位置重现偏差值、单足跳成绩及Lysholm评分结果分别与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 两种术式重建PCL后早期患膝的本体感觉恢复情况无差异,但并未恢复到正常水平.Objective To explore and compare, the postoperative reenvel7 of proprioeeption of knee joint between single-hundle and douhle-hundle posterior eruciate ligament （PCL） reconstruction under arthroseopy. Methods Ten patients who were reeonstrueted hy hamstring tendon autografts with single-hundle technique and eight patients with double-bundle technique were selected in our hospital from September 2008 to May 2010. Fifteen normal persons were chosen as the control group. All the patients were followed up for 6 months, then each patient underwent passive angle reproduction test and one long jump test,they also filled the Lyshohn scale at the same time. Results There were no significant differences in test results between single-bundle and double-bundle group（ P 〉 0.05） , hut there were significant differences between patient groups and normal e, ontrols（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion There are no differences in the proprioception of knee joint after PCL reconstruction between single-bundle and double-bundle reeonstruetion technique,but the restoration could not reach the level of the preoperative stage.
