生物蛋白胶治疗颈椎前路脑脊液漏的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨应用生物蛋白胶治疗颈椎前路脑脊液漏的疗效.方法 选取2000年3月～2009年6月在我院行颈椎前路手术后发生脑脊液漏患者21例,分为两组,其中实验组12例,应用生物蛋白胶治疗;对照组9例,采用常规治疗.观察并比较两组患者手术切口愈合情况,并于术后3个月、6个月、1年进行随访.结果 实验组12例患者中,10例患者一期愈合,2例患者拔管后,仍有渗出,经换药后延期愈合.术后3个月、6个月、1年随访无感染及脑脊液囊肿形成;对照组9例患者中,2例患者一期愈合,6例患者经换药延期愈合,1例患者长期不愈合,行二次手术治疗.术后3个月、6个月、1年随访,无感染,1例患者形成脑脊液囊肿.结论 应用生物蛋白胶治疗颈椎前路脑脊液漏较传统方法有效.Objective To observe the effect of biocolloid on anterior cervical cerebrospinal fluid leakage. Methods Twenty-one patients with cerebrospinal fluid leakage were divided into two groups between March 2000 anti June 2009. The biocolloid was applied in experimental group（ 12 cases ）. Nine eases in the control group received routine threapy. The conditions of wound healing were observed and compared between the two groups. All patients were followed up after the operation 3 months,6 months and lyear. Results In the experimental group,prinmry healing was observed in 10 cases,and delayed healing in 2 cases. No eerebrospinal fluid cyst and infection occurred 3 months ,6 months and 1 year after the operation. In the control group, primary healing was observed in 2 cases,delayed healing in 6 cases, and disunion in one case who needed second operation. No infection was found but cerebruspinal fluid cyst occurred in one case 3 months,6 months and l year after the operation. Conclusion The biocolloid is more effective in curing the anterior cervical cerelu＇ospinal fluid leakage than the conventional way.
