摘 要:通过对6根配有HRB500级低成本高性能钢筋钢纤维混凝土梁和2根未掺钢纤维的钢筋混凝土梁的试验研究,分析不同钢纤维掺量情况下梁的破坏形态和承载力特点,根据实测数据研究现行规程的开裂弯矩、承载力和裂缝宽度计算方法,对HRB500级低成本高性能钢筋钢纤维混凝土梁的适用性。研究表明:与未掺钢纤维的钢筋混凝土梁相比,HRB500级低成本高性能钢筋钢纤维混凝土梁的开裂弯矩、承载力均有提高,裂缝宽度减小;承载力和裂缝宽度计算值与实测值吻合较好,可沿用CECS 38∶92《钢纤维混凝土结构设计与施工规程》,开裂荷载计算值大于实测值,给出了修正方法。Based on 6 steel fiber reinforced concrete beams and 2 non-doped beams both with grade HRB500 reinforcement of low-cost and high-performance,its failure modes and carrying capacities with different dosage of steel fiber are analyzed.To test whether the formulas for calculating the cracking moment and bearing capacity and crack width in the existing code are the same with the steel fiber reinforced concrete beams with grade HRB500 reinforcement of low-cost and high-performance.The result indicates the values of cracking moment and carrying capacity are incresed,and crack width is decreased as compared with the non-doped beams.the values of carrying capacity and crack width measured and calculated matched well,so formulas for calculating the carrying capacity and crack width still can be used,to the cracking moment of the steel fiber reinforced concrete beams the correction formula was given.
