摘  要:以某大厦地下室混凝土浇筑温控施工为例,阐述大体积混凝土筏基和长墙在施工方案阶段应做的温度控制试算分析工作。厚2.2 m的筏基在日平均温度为22℃时进行施工,采用混凝土表面贮水蓄热保温保湿养护措施是可行的,可使混凝土内、外温差有效控制在25℃以下,不会产生温度裂缝。而混凝土长墙带模保温养护、合理留置后浇带间距,是墙体预防开裂的关键。对筏基和长墙的温控指标测算,为地下室混凝土结构的顺利施工提供了理论依据。This paper based on the example of a basement in the constructed building which has its concrete poured and temperature controlled.And then it expounds that the works on pilot calculation of temperature-controlling should be executed during the construction plan of mass concrete.When the 2.2 m thick mass concrete of the raft shape foundation is constructed at daily mean temperature 22 ℃,the curing method of adopting heat insulation and wet retaining and storing water on the surface of the concrete is feasible.The heat difference between the inside and the outside of mass concrete can be controlled below 25 ℃ and there are no temperature cracks.Moreover the long concrete wall with concrete formwork,which preserves temperature curing and puts on reserving post-pouring belts reasonably,is the key to the crack-preventing of wall.The temperature-controlling indexes are estimated of the raft foundation and the long concrete wall,which provide a theoretical basis for the smooth construction of concrete structure.
