摘 要:从建立林火监测系统的必要性、系统设计的应用需求、数据需求和系统的功能和特点等方面,介绍一种以黑龙江省基础矢量地理数据为基础,结合森林火灾与气象资料,借助遥感图像处理软件与GIS软件,以SuperMap IS.NET为开发平台进行二次开发,基于SuperMap的森林火灾监测系统的实现。该系统可实现"3S"技术与林火监测的集成,建立黑龙江省林火监测地理信息系统,具有对火点的查询、定位和分析功能,可实现对火灾的实时监测,制定合理扑火方案及评估火灾损失。The necessity of establishment of forest fire monitoring systems,application requirements and data requirements of the system design as well as its functions and features are all introduced in this paper.Based on vector geographic data of Heilongjiang province and forest fires and weather data,combing with remote sensing image processing software and GIS software,a secondary development was conducted by using SuperMap IS.NET as the development platform.Thus,forest fires monitoring system based on SuperMap has been achieved.The System has successfully achieved the integration of "3S" technologies with forest fire monitoring.The forest fire monitoring geographic information system in Heilongjiang province is established,which enables the real-time monitoring of forest fire by its functions of fire point query,positioning and analyzing.The system can also formulate reasonable quench scheme and evaluate loss.
