自拟育阴潜阳方结合西药治疗高血压性心脏病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察育阴潜阳方结合西药治疗高血压性心脏病的疗效及安全性。方法将85例高血压性心脏病患者随机分为A组42例和B组43例。B组给予常规治疗控制血压至正常范围内,并予地高辛0.125 mg 1次/d口服强心,呋噻米20～40 mg 1次/d口服利尿及鲁南欣康片20 mg 3次/d口服扩管,A组在B组的基础上予自拟育阴潜阳方口服。2组均治疗4周后评定疗效。结果 2组临床疗效无显著性差异,而中医症候评分有显著性差异;2组治疗后血脑钠肽(BNP)、CRP值及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)值均明显降低,且A组降低更明显。结论育阴潜阳方结合西药治疗高血压性心脏病可以改善心功能及中医证候评分,提高生活质量,减少CRP、Hcy等危险因素,有益于长期预后。Objective It is to observe the effect and safety of nourishing Yin and suppressing liver yang decoction combined with western medicine on hypertensive cardiopathy.Methods Eighty five cases of patients with hypertensive cardiopathy were randomly divided into two groups,of which 42 cases were in group A and 43 cases were in group B.Group B was given normal treatment to control the blood pressure in normal extent,and given cardiotonic Digoxin 0.125 mg once a day by oral use,diuretic Furosemide 20-40 mg once a day by oral use and isosorbide dinitrate 20 mg third times a day by oral use,while group A was added with nourishing Yin and suppressing liver yang formula on the basis of treatment above.After 4 weeks＇ treatment,the curative effects were observed in both groups.Results There was significant difference in TCM symptom scores,but no difference in clinical curative effect evaluation between the two groups.The levels of plasma BNP and CRP,Hcy were obviously decreased in both groups after treatment,but more decrease in group A.Conclusion The therapy with nourishing Yin and suppressing liver yang formula combined with western medicine for hypertensive cardiopathy can improve heart function,TCM symptom score and life quality,and decrease the dangerous factors such as CRP and Hcy,so it is better for long-term prognosis.
