摘　　要：科学合理的利益分配机制是技术联盟稳定运行的保障,文章以Shapley值法为基础,结合技术联盟的实际情况,具体分析了影响利益分配的三种因素:投入资源、风险承担和创新能力,用理想点原理进行改进,并应用实例验证了该方法的可行性和实用性。The scientific and reasonable interest distribution mechanism is security of the stable operation of technological alliance.Based on Shapley value method,the paper gives a specific analysis of three factors about the influence of the distribution of interests： investing their resources,risk-taking and innovation ability,combined with the practical situation of the technological alliance.We improve the Shapley value method by using the ideal point principle and take an application example to show the feasibility and practicability of this method.
