摘  要:平法的发明创造是人类结构设计的一次飞跃。平法的运用在图纸、设计、预算、审核、施工、监造等整个建筑环节均有效提高了工效、节约了大量人力资源、节约了大量能源、自然资源,有效缩短了项目的整体工期,加快了国家基建发展的速度。对于中国电力工业低碳社会建设、实现低碳转型的宏伟目标,做出了积极贡献。展望未来,平法施工的可持续发展目标同中国电力土建行业的发展目标是一致的,就是为了实现低碳而不断创新、以持续的创新为我国电力工业和国民经济发展做出贡献。"世界上不存在结果,只存在一个接一个的过程,或者说无数的结果汇集成了过程。平法极其重视过程,注重提高工效,因此实现了自身的可持续发展。"——"平法"The invention of PIEM is a leap of structural design.PIEM is used in the drawings,design,budget,audit,construction,supervision and other aspects of the building,it can effectively improve the efficiency,save a lot of human resources,energy and natural resources,effectively shorten the overall duration of the project,speed up the development of national infrastructure,and make a positive contribution to constructing low-carbon society for China Power industry and achieving the grand goal of low-carbon transition.Looking ahead,the sustainable development goal of PIEM is accordant with the goal of China's power construction industry,that is to achieve low-carbon and continuous innovation,and contribute to China's power industry and national economic development by continuous innovation.
