摘  要:面对环境的压力和能源危机,低碳建筑的发展已成为关注的焦点。本文在总结国内外对低碳建筑的研究现状基础上,将低碳建筑的理念总结为利用再生能源,节能减排,资源循环,耐久和结构设计灵活五个特点,并将低碳建筑的理念融入建筑项目的全生命周期,阐述了每一阶段需采取的节能减排措施,为实现低碳建筑的更好、更快发展提供可行的途径。Faced with of environmental pressures and energy crisis,the development of low-carbon buildings has become into the focus of attention.Based on the summary of present condition of low-carbon buildings researches,the concept of low carbon buildings was concluded as five features,which were renewable energy,energy conservation,resource recycling,durable and flexible design.And the concept of low carbon buildings was accustomed into the life cycle of buildings.And then this paper described the energy saving measures of each stage in the life cycle of buildings in order to provide a viable way of the better and faster development of low-carbon buildings.
