摘 要:采用海藻酸钙凝胶包埋固定,对人工污水进行静态模拟净化试验,研究了在pH值为4、5、6、7和8下,铜的质量浓度为0 mg/L、0.05 mg/L、0.5 mg/L和5 mg/L时,固定和悬浮状态下栅藻和鱼腥藻对污水中磷的净化效率.结果表明:2种状态下,栅藻对Cu2+的耐受性均较强,除磷效果较好;总体而言,Cu2+的存在均抑制了2种藻的除磷能力,但在某些特定条件下Cu2+的存在反而提高了藻除磷能力;固定态处理减弱了Cu2+对2种藻除磷能力的影响;pH值为8时,固定态藻的除磷效率较高,而悬浮态的藻在pH值为6时除磷效率较高.The efficiency of phosphate removal by the immobilized Scenedesmus bijuga and Anabaena sp. entrapped in cadmium alginate was studied in contrast to the suspended ones. The experiment employed in laboratory was based on settled domestic wastewater with pH ranging from 4 to 8 and copper concentrations of 0 mg/L, 0.05 mg/L, 0.5 mg/L and 5 mg/L. The results show that compared to Anabaena sp., Scenedesmus bijuga has a higher tolerance for Cu2+ and has higher efficiency of phosphate removal in the two states. Generally speaking, the ,existence of Cu2+ restrains the phosphate removal ability of the two kinds of alga. But in some particular situations, the two kinds of alga have higher efficiency of phosphate removal with the existence of Cu2+. The immobilization treatment eliminates or degrades the effect of Cu2+on phosphate removal. When pH is 8, the immobilized alga has higher phosphate removal efficiency. However, when pH is 6, the suspended one has higher phosphate removal efficiency.
