摘 要:为了同时高效脱除烟气中的NO和SO2,将硫酸盐还原菌和厌氧反硝化细菌的混菌体系以附着的方式固定在填料表面,在生物滴滤塔中进行同时脱硫脱氮试验.结果表明,一些含有疏基、硫醇、硫酚、仲胺以及酯、醇等的表面活性剂能有效提高NO的脱除率,提高幅度达25%~50%.当培养基中添加体积分数为3%的混合型表面活性剂DMSS-LAO-30,且NO进气浓度在1.5~3.5,g/m3范围内波动时,脱氮率均能达到85%以上.长期连续试验表明,当进口气体中SO2和NO质量浓度分别维持在10,g/m3和2,g/m3时,SO2的脱除效率始终保持在95%以上,而NO脱除呈现出了周期性波动.随着气体对混菌体系的不断驯化和磨合,周期性波动现象消失,脱氮率也稳定在92%左右.In order to efficiently remove of NO and SO2 from flue gas at the same time, simultaneous bio-removal of NO and SO2 in a biotrickling filter was investigated with the coculture of sulfate reducing bacteria and anaerobic denitrifying bacteria immobilizing on the surface of packings. Results showed some surfactants consisting of mercapto, thiol, thiophenol, secondary amine, ester and alcohol could effectively increase the NO removal efficiency by 25%--50%. When DMSS-LAO-30 was added to the coculture with the volume ratio of 3%, the NO removal efficiency could reach above 85% with NO inlet concentrations fluctuating between 1.5--3.5 g/m3. In the continuous experiments with the constant inlet concentrations of SO2 and NO at 10 g/m3 and 2 g/m3 respectively, SO2 removal efficiency was always above 95%, while NO removal efficiency showed periodic fluctuations. After long-term acclimati- zation, a stable NO removal efficiency was achieved around 92% with the periodicity disappearing.
