摘 要:传统加工方法很难在非金属材料表面实现指定区域的三维金属化,而利用激光三维立体照射聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)材料表面,可使得指定区域内的材料特性发生改变,而没有经过激光照射的区域仍然保持原有的特性,从而实现选择性化学镀.实验采用ND:YAG激光器,经声光调制后,通过动态聚焦系统和二维振镜实现三维扫描,并利用f-θ透镜聚焦.阐述了激光三维改性系统的组成和原理,动态聚焦镜的光学分析及对聚焦光斑的影响.通过PBT材料激光表面改性实验,给出扫描电子显微镜观察改性后的表面形貌分析,得到激光改性后的材料新特性及激光光束参数变化对表面改性的影响规律.3D high-precision metallization in specific nonmetallic areas is very difficult for the traditional process. The designated area in the surface of polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), which was radiated by 3D laser, took on some new material characteristics. However, the non-irradiated area still remained the original nonmetal quality. By this means, a selective chemical plating was able to be realized. The ND: YAG laser beam, after going through dynamic focusing system, was reflected by 2D galvanometers and then focused by f-0 lens on the surface of PBT. The principle and composition of 3D laser system, optical analysis of the dynamic focus lens and the influence on focused spot were illustrated in details. Through the SEM analytic result of irradiating experiments of PBT surface modification, the new characters and the effects of laser parameters on PBT surface modification are concluded.
