摘 要:弧面分度凸轮的廓面是复杂空间曲面之一,其廓面加工质量直接影响凸轮机构的运动精度.以微分几何理论为基础,以三坐标测量机(CMM)为测量工具,研究了基于特征线原理的弧面分度凸轮三坐标测量方法.首先,根据从动件的几何形状与运动规律,使用啮合原理对凸轮廓面进行数学建模;其次,研究弧面分度凸轮的采样策略;最后,通过测量数据评定凸轮的几何误差,开发出基于CMM的弧面分度凸轮测量软件,实现了对弧面分度凸轮的精密测量与评定.Since the profile of the globoidal indexing cam is a complex spiral surface, the cam mechanism motion accuracy is influenced by the processing quality of the profile. Based on the principle of differential geometry and the theory of characteristics, inspection method using a universal coordinate measuring machine (CMM) was described in this paper. Firstly, according to the required motion and geometry of follower, the mathematical model of cam profile was established by using the theory of envelopes for a one-parameter family of surfaces. Secondly, sampling strategy, which is the moving point matrix of the probe, was determined. Thirdly, the geometrical errors of the cam profile were evaluated according to the data acquired. Software, which was used on CMM, was developed to fulfill this measuring task. The precision measurement and deviation assessment of the globoidal indexing cain's profile were achieved.
