Joel-cohen切口剖宫产术41例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨Joel-cohen式剖宫产的临床疗效。方法对41例Joel-cohen式剖宫产的情况进行分析(观察组),并与同期行子宫下段横切口剖宫产55例进行对照(对照组)。结果观察组胎儿娩出快,术中出血少,手术时间短(P<0.05),新生儿窒息发生率低(P<0.05),术后恢复快,平均住院时间短,术后病率低(P<0.05)。结论 Joel-cohen式剖宫产快速、安全、母婴影响小、值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cesarean section with Joel-cohen.Methods Joel-cohen on 41 cases of cesarean section analyzed of the situation（observation group） and compared with lower segment transverse uterine incision in cesarean section were compared 55 patients（control group）.Results Faster delivery of the baby observation group,less bleeding,shorter operative time（P〈0.05）,a low incidence of neonatal asphyxia（P〈0.05）,rapid recovery,the average hospital stay was short,low rate of postoperative patients（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Joel-cohen caesarean is fast,safe,and little effect on matemal and infant.It＇s worthy of promotion.
