摘 要:针对受污染水源水生物脱氮过程可利用碳源不足的突出问题,研究分段配水强化受污染源水生物膜修复工艺脱氮性能.结果表明,应用分段配水策略后生物膜修复工艺的碳源有效利用率从0.199mg·mg-1增至0.211mg·mg-1,系统TN去除率亦从29.5%±2.2%增至35.0%±2.7%,且出水高锰酸盐指数(CODMn)和氨氮(NH4+-N)浓度稳定,均满足GB3838—2002中的Ⅲ类水标准.PCR-DGGE分析发现,分段配水后修复工艺中、后段生物膜的多样性指数均上升至与工艺前段相仿的水平,生物膜内优势菌分属Hyphomicrobium、Pseudomonas、Pantoea、Synechococcus等,多数与氮素、难降解有机污染物去除有关.结果揭示在生物膜工艺修复微污染环境水体时,可采用多点配水策略强化脱氮微生物富集和污染物去除.In view of the carbon deficiency for denitrification in polluted source water,a enhanced biofilm denitrification via step-feeding was studied in this paper.Results showed that the utilization efficiency of carbon source in the remediation system increased from 0.199 mg · mg-1 to 0.211mg · mg-1 after two step-feeding process was applied,and the removal efficiency of total nitrogen(TN) simultaneously increased from 29.5%±2.2% to 35.0%±2.7%.Meanwhile,the effluent concentrations of permanganate index(CODMn) and ammonia nitrogen(NH+4-N) steadily reached Grade Ⅲ of 'Environment Quality Standard for Surface Water'(GB3838—2002).The result of PCR-DGGE showed that the bacteria diversities of biofilms in the middle and the end of the remediation system both increased to the same level as that in the front part after two step-feeding process applied.The dominant bacteria in biofilms belonged to Hyphomicrobium,Pseudomonas,Pantoea,Synechococcus,which was mostly associated with denitrification and refractory organics utilized.The results demonstrated that the biofilm remediation system with step-feeding process favored the denitrification microorganisms enrichment and pollutants removal in the oligotrophic environment.
