摘 要:采用SBR反应器富集培养富含硝化细菌的活性污泥,利用填料挂载的方法向SBR反应器投加水蚯蚓,考察了水蚯蚓对SBR反应器硝化效率及硝化细菌活性的影响.结果表明,SBR反应器挂载水蚯蚓后,SBR系统的硝化速率降低了16.65%,NO2--N氧化率减少量约为24%.通过对SBR系统单一周期各形态氮素浓度变化规律进行考察,发现投加水蚯蚓的试验组具有明显的NO2--N积累现象,其硝化速率几乎为对照组的1/2.利用呼吸计量法测定硝化细菌的呼吸速率,结果同样表明,水蚯蚓的存在可能会使硝化细菌活性减弱,从而导致SBR系统硝化速率降低,出水NH4+-N浓度上升.Sequencing batch reactors(SBR) seeded with activity sludge were started up to enrich nitrifiers and their nitrifying efficiencies were studied by adding aquatic worms.The results showed that the presence of aquatic worms caused 16.65% decrease in nitrification rates and 24% decrease in NO-2-N oxidation rates compared to the test groups(without addition of aquatic worms).By investigating the variation rule of N concentration in single-cycle,it was found that there was significant accumulation of NO-2-N in the test groups and the nitrification rates were nearly half of the control groups.The oxygen uptake rate(OUR) of nitrifiers also implied that the activities of nitrifiers could be inhibited by the aquatic worms.
