摘 要:对太湖4个湖区沉积物的酸可挥发性硫化物(AVS)和同步可提取重金属(SEM)的水平和垂直分布特征进行了研究,并对沉积物重金属的潜在生态风险进行初步评价.结果表明,氧化还原电位(Eh)与AVS和SEM含量均无显著相关性;表层沉积物中AVS含量分布在研究区差异较大,变异系数达134.28%;∑SEM含量波动较小,变异系数为74.33%.研究区AVS含量的水平和垂直分布规律与∑SEM相似:表层沉积物含量较高,湖岸区域高于湖心区,北部区域高于其他区域;沉积物5cm范围内重金属对底栖生物潜在毒性风险较高,以西岸区尤为严重,沉积物深度达10cm之后,重金属对底栖生物产生危害的风险大幅降低.就单种重金属而言,Pb、Cd、Ni对底栖生物具有潜在毒害作用.The horizontal and vertical distribution characteristics of acid volatile sulfide(AVS) and simultaneously extractable metal(SEM) in sediments from four regions in Lake Taihu were investigated,and their potential risks to benthic organism were also evaluated.No significant correlation between Eh and the AVS and SEM was shown in the four lake regions.The AVS concentrations in surface sediments from four lake regions showed large differences with the variation coefficient of 134.28%,and ΣSEM concentrations fluctuated less significantly with variation coefficient of 74.33%.The concentrations of AVS and ΣSEM in the horizontal and vertical distribution in the surface,lakeside areas and northern areas were much higher than other areas.The sediments within the top 5 cm exhibited potentially toxic to benthic organisms,especially from the West Bank.However the toxic risk to benthic organisms was significantly reduced when sediments depth achieved 10 cm.Pb,Cd,and Ni in sediments posed potential toxicity to benthic organism.
