风湿痛消丸对关节炎大鼠血清中细胞因子的调控作用

摘　　要：目的研究风湿痛消丸对弗完全佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠血清中5种细胞因子的调控作用。方法 30只大鼠随机分成3组:空白对照组、造模组、治疗组,雌雄各半,将弗完全佐剂0.1 mL注于造模组、治疗组的大鼠右后肢足跖内;造模15天后给药;按0.375 g·kg-1给药15天后,用ELISA法检测大鼠血清中白介素(IL)-1、IL-4、IL-10、类风湿因子(RF)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)这5种细胞因子。结果治疗组大鼠的血清中IL-1、RF、TNF-α的水平,与造模组相比明显降低(P<0.01);而IL-4、IL-10的水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论风湿痛消丸对AA大鼠血清中5种细胞因子有一定调控作用。Objective To study the function of Feng Shi Tong Xiao Pill on the controlling five kinds of cytokine in adjuvant arthritis（AA） rats serum.Methods Thirty rats were randomly divided into three groups： blank group,model group,treatment group,male and female evenly.Then rats of model and trial groups were injected 0.1 mL per rat freund′s adjuvant complete into right leg,after 15 days from made model,the rats were feeded drug 0.375 g·kg-1 for 15 days.The interluekin（IL）-1,IL-4,IL-10,rheumatoid factor（RF）,tumour necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） were detected by ELISA.Results The serum IL-1,RF,TNF-α in trial group is lower obviously than model group（P0.01）;but IL-4,IL-10 is higher than model group（P0.05）.Conclusion Feng Shi Tong Xiao Pill can regulate on the five kinds of cytokine in AA rats serum.
