广东省2007～2008年儿童百日咳 白喉抗体水平监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解广东省健康儿童血清抗百日咳、白喉抗体水平,为预防控制百日咳、白喉提供依据。方法抽取广东省12个区(县)1～10岁儿童,采用酶联免疫吸附试验间接法定量检测儿童血清抗百日咳毒素抗体(Antibodyto Pertussis Toxin,Anti-PT)、抗百日咳丝状血凝素抗体(Antibody to Pertussis Filamentous Hemagglutinin,Anti-FHA)和抗白喉IgG抗体水平。结果广东省健康儿童百日咳、白喉抗体保护率分别为32.51%和80.46%,抗体几何平均浓度分别为27.83单位/毫升(U/ml)和0.82国际单位/毫升(IU/ml)。结论广东省儿童白喉抗体保护率高,但百日咳抗体保护率较低,提示要提高百日咳-白喉-破伤风联合疫苗的质量和接种率,必要时进行加强免疫。0bjective This study was intended to understand the status of immunization against pertussis,diphtheria in childern in guangdong province and provide scientificc basis for immunization strategy.Method A randomized serum sample of children was collected in 12 regions or cities from Guangdong province,pertussis toxin（PT）and filamentous hemagglutinin（FHA）antibody level against pertussis,antibody diphtheria were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Results The antibody protective rates of pertussis and diphtheria were 32.5%and 80.46%,respectively.The geometric mean concentration（GMC） of pertussis and diphtheria were 27.83U/ml and 0.82IU/ml,respectively.Conclusion The antibody protective rate of diphtheria was high,while the rate of pertussis was lower in Guangdong province.It suggests that the coverage of diphtheria,tetanus and pertussis combined vaccine（DTP）should be increased and the quality of the vaccine should be improved,and it is necessary to carry out the supplementary immunization activities as well.
